Currently the products we are building use QKD and QRNG technologies. They are the first of their kind in India. The platforms used for the QKD and QRNG products are QNL-X100 and QNL-X200 respectively. They use high speed electronics and quantum optics. Skills:
Design, development & testing:
• Experienced in object oriented design method
• Should have designed software systems and familiarity with design and development of frameworks using C/C++, Go Lang.
• Knowledge of Python as a scripting language and work experience is advantageous and useful in guiding the team.
• Understanding of UML for design description (not specific to a tool) is an added advantage.
• Should have held responsibility for designing a moderate software system using C++ and should have programmed certain modules by himself/herself.
• Should have understanding and implementation knowledge of unit testing and should have implemented them in the product.
• Through understanding of the Linux operating system(OS), and should have implemented the product on Linux for an embedded environment. With good understanding of process, threads and locking mechanisms. Socket programming and network understanding is required. Understanding of Sqlite3 on C+-r is mandatory.
• Understanding of embedded development, debugging on embedded platforms is a must.
• Should have good understanding of testing of software at module level and at the system level.
• Scripting tests for the modules developed, Git knowledge and CI knowledge.
Responsibility:
Leading a small team of1-2 software engineers. He/she will be responsible for designing a sub-system, coding, review, scripting test cases for the addition/modification and documentation of the design and testing of their own modules and automating them for CI.
