Good knowledge of software development and finance projects in Capital Markets domain.
Duties to be performed
1. Develop and Manage automation and migration projects and developers (both in-house and vendor based). 2. Liaise with higher management to provide Agile Dashboard. 3. Create project planning, documentation, environment, modules, and execution strategies. 4. Manage online trading systems. Should have an understanding of the concepts of TBT, OMS, HFT, RMS etc. 5. Software and Hardware Licensing. Should be adept at IP Rights and be able to aggressively protect those. 6. Manage online platforms on web, exe and mobile (both Android and iOS). 7. Vendor management and coordination. Should be able to understand, formulate and take ownership of NDA, MSA and SLA. 8. Monitor and Maintain automation infrastructure, cloud, and development environment at software, hardware and network level. +. Work in an Agile setting with Kanban flow on TDD incorporating Pairs Programming. 10 Coordinate with Auditors or Risk teams to understand deliverables. 11. Create proof of concept on excel post requirements gathering. 12. Create and execute Test Scenarios. These can be based on Excel, JSON or CSV files.
