B Tech / BE in Computer Science or equivalent degrees 3-6 years of experience as a developer (.Net preferred); LCAP experience is a plus (Outsystems / MS PowerApps) Led teams of >10 members Led small to mid-d projects with direct interface with external clients Good knowledge of Agile methodologies, Object oriented programming concepts Excellent Communication & problem-solving skills Role & Responsibilities Manage the Outsystems developer team at the location Local champion to lead the recruitment & onboarding of Outsystems developers Oversee the training & certification of Outsystems developers to be project ready Allocate Outsystems developers to client engagements / internal projects Coach / Mentor the Outsystems developers and be responsible for their professional developmen
