Position Name – Sr. Software Engineer
Location - Mumbai
Experience Range – 5+ yrs
Mandatory Requirement:
· Develop Micro services in ASP.NET
· Strong Database concepts & Proven ability to write, understand SQL code (stored procedures, triggers)
· Concrete knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (OOPs)

On an average, they execute more than 400,000 trades daily.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Specific focus of this role is to get involved in the IT Transformation program aimed at transforming back office business logic, functions which are Database stored procedure centric today and transform them into micro services which are easily maintainable, separately deployable and horizontally/vertically scalable.
· Development, maintenance and support of in-house back office applications.
· Get involved in the IT transformation project to transform back office business logic into micro services based architecture for this:
o Develop a good understanding of existing business logic and application flows, users
o Design the micro services at the right granularity
o Code micro services as per the defined guidelines, ensuring scalability
o Create the necessary documentation that will help other teams to utilize the micro services (e.g. service discovery, input-output etc)
o Work closely with the other team to ensure the micro services fit into the target workflows as required with the business
o Get involved in the testing, go-live planning, go-live
o Production support for the micro service based application
· Understand how the business operates and plans for future capacity requirements.
· Work closely with team management and make sure that scope and direction of the project is on schedule.
· Work with QA team to help them develop the right test cases
· Work with Business users during UAT
Qualification and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
· At least 5 years of professional experience with hand-on coding background
