• UI Designing, coding, unit testing and integration with Service API's
• Conduct code reviews, agile development, client side architecture, single page application and object-oriented programming.
• Design, implementation, and maintenance of the data elements powering our products as part of a team.
• Be a team player, willing to work on any task that comes up while still being able to let loose and enjoy the environment.
• Develop highly reliable and scalable production web applications and data processing systems
• Create novel solutions to challenging software engineering problems for pivotal company projects
• Learn and leverage new programming languages, design methodologies, and technologies
• Participate in all steps of the agile software development process – gathering requirements, planning, designing, coding, testing, QA'ing, deploying, bug fixing, and maintaining
• Work on a collaborative cross-functional team including product management, UX design, project management, UI and back-end engineers, quality assurance, and operations
Key Background:
• 8+ years in UI development in Angular 2.x or more, Typescript, HTML, CSS, Javascript, web technologies, and distributed systems
• 4+ years of experience in UI design, improving user experience, accessibility and digitalization of monolith environments
• Experienced in building reusable web components/libraries/framework e.g Data Grid and custom components for unified look and feel across app.
• Experience on Observability, Web Sockets, Web Workers and Internationalisation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Angular Material, Web components, React, Java is a plus
• Proven experience building web applications using client side architecture and single web applications
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (preferably AWS, GCP) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Drive the design, lead, support and coordinate Product features ongoing development Desired experience in the following:
• Web application (Angular 2.x or more, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jasmine, Express JS/Google pupeeter/any Node JS libraries, microservice integration, postman
• Software design, development; unit, functional, deployment, end-to-end testing, production release and support
• CI/CD environments, Harness/Jenkins, Jasmine/cypress, protractor/playwright or similar automated integration testing frameworks is a value added
