Core duties and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Should understand and act based on the functional design and technical design documents
• Should deliver projects on time with expected quality
• Should strictly follow the Equiniti coding standard
• Should work on different technologies, so the candidate should be an expertise to the below Skills
Technical Skills Required (Mandatory):
• Object Oriented Programming, .Net Framework 4.0 & above, C#, ASP.NET WCF, Html5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery, SQL Server (2026 desirable), Microsoft Visual Studio (2026 desirable), Team Foundation Server, Desirable Skills, Relevant Microsoft Certification, Knowledge on Design Principles and Patterns, ORM Tools – Entity Framework, Web API and RESTful service, Knowledge in SharePoint.
Skills, Attributes and Behaviour:
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills and behaviours:
• Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft .Net Platform using C#.
• Able to work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability.
• Able to deliver work that meets the time and quality targets.
• Highly flexible, including willingness to work away from home base and out of hours.
• Communicates fluently and can present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Can rapidly absorb new technical information and apply it effectively.
• A good team player capable of delivering results in challenging circumstances.
• Pragmatic, tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions.
• Should have a good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should be willing to work in India working hours and UK working hours.
• Desirable if they have exposure to financial solutions and procedures and Shareholding solutions.
