Responsibilities may include the following:
• Designs and develops new ServiceNow applications and services in alignment with business strategy
• Takes ownership of complex business requirements and works them to completion
• Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the existing ESG custom applications including defect handling
• Experience with ServiceNow workflow development and UI development especially with regards to custom portals
• Responsible for the technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Governance, Risk & Compliance, Security Operations and IT Business Management.
• Assists ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution
• Assists ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort
• Provides mentoring and guidance for Service
Now System Administrators Skills may include the following:
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management
• Experience in ServiceNow GRC, Security Operations suite.
• Certified System Administration – ServiceNow
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• ServiceNow training/certification for
• Scripting ServiceNow Platform Implementation
• Scripting Fundamentals
• Automated Test Framework (ATF) Fundamentals
• Application Development Fundamentals
