Skills & Requirements: • Proven experience (1-3 years) in developing and deploying VoIP solutions, with a strong portfolio of projects involving SIP, IP Telephony, and WebRTC, demonstrating in-depth understanding and innovative application. • Expertise in WebRTC, including peer-to-peer connections, signaling, and NAT traversal, alongside proficient use of Socket programming for real-time communication. • Solid programming skills in NodeJS, JavaScript, with a strong grasp on JSON data structures for effective application development. • Hands-on experience with VoIP infrastructure technologies (e.g., FreeSWITCH, Kamailio/Opensips, SBC, RTPproxy), showcasing capability in configuration, management, and optimization, ACD, TTS, VoIP Telephony • Experience in designing and implementing voice applications leveraging technologies such as IVR, ACD, TTS, and integrating AI for enhanced user interactions. • Agile methodology adept, with excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability to rapidly evolving project requirements. • Advanced system and network troubleshooting skills, with a track record of diagnosing complex VoIP issues. • Familiarity with the Jambonz platform and experience in AI-driven voice application development will be highly regarded. • AI experience in developing voice applications will be a plus • The ability to write clean and tested code is necessary.
