Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (C++ Developer)

Job Summary:
Xiaomi needs a talented Tech Support Specialist to help boost our Service and Operations teams. We want someone who knows their way around multiple programming languages and can use that knowledge to solve problems and make things run smoother.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and test C++ applications (Windows platform) according to best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into working software
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Unit test and integrate code into the larger codebase
• Stay up-to-date with the latest C++ standards and trends
• Take ownership of Product design, product quality, user experience, and security.
Desired Candidate Experience:
•3+ Years of professional experience developing C applications
•Proficient in C++ syntax, data structures, and algorithms
•Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
•Good knowledge of multi-threading concepts
•Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues
•Familiar with android architecture/framework and MediaTek and QUALCOMM libraries.
•Nice to have to have knowledge with manufacture
•Understanding of system performance and optimization
•Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git)
•Familiar with software development tools such as Visual Studio.
•Testing skills (Unit testing, Integration testing)
•Experienced in Agile forms of software development
•Able to understand existing complex desktop applications written in C/C++.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills
