Responsibilities:
- Provide clear technical guidance and leadership to developers.
- Design and develop robust software applications aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with clients to fully understand project requirements and objectives.
- Maintain, enhance, and provide ongoing support for existing applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot applications in both development and production environments, resolving issues within specified timeframes.
- Actively participate in design discussions and technical meetings to ensure project success.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct Unit and Integration Testing for assigned applications to ensure reliability and stability.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation for developed applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 4-7 years of demonstrated experience in software development and system maintenance.
- Proven ability to architect and implement elegant solutions using best practices and design patterns.
- Proficiency in a wide range of technologies, including: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, jQuery, LINQ, Entity Framework, IoC frameworks, CI/CD, Redis, Azure, and MS SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of CSS syntax, HTML5 specifications, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working with Azure technologies such as Functions, Blob Storage, and Cosmos DB.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with parallel programming concepts, async/await, and the TPL library.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly working in a SCRUM environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on code optimization and refactoring.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Passion for software development and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry trends.
