Play a key role in implementing product software and technology platforms from the ground up. Your work will allow you to utilize a melting pot of technologies, programming languages, and systems and require you to keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape. Responsibilities will include;
Functional Expertise
-Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments
-Gather business and functional requirements from external and/or internal customers and end-users, and translate requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions
-Provide design reviews including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration, performance and scalability.
-Serve as technical lead advisor throughout the full development/deployment lifecycle
-Manage multiple technical projects and ensure schedules, milestones, and priorities are compatible with technology and business goals.
Problem Solving
-Navigate systems to help develop right BRD
-Track & monitor project timelines and resolve potential reasons for delay in advance
Interaction
-Live Trillion values in all stakeholder communication
-Effectively communicating issues and help connecting right dots to resolve any tech issue
-Able to lead independent communications for issue resolution
-Lead critical discussions both with internal and external stakeholders holding business deliverables at the core
-Lead & guide a team of junior engineers to scale them up

-Ensure data sanctity flows across systems
-Ensuring strict Infosec guidelines
Qualification & Experience -:
-BE/B.Tech/MCA
-6 to + years of experience in Financial/NBFC/BFSI/related industries
Skills & know-how -:
-Comfortable with latest industry practices along with ability to navigate PhP systems and help migrate to new systems
-Prior exposure to implementation systems in clients/business units
-Fluency in C++ or Java and PHP
-Good with project management tools
