What's the role
As Senior Software Engineer - Adobe, you are responsible for ensuring smooth delivery and operations of Shell's content management system within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. You will primarily act as a technical expert to keep the system, including the websites, operational to sustain a strong Shell brand.
Specific accountabilities include the following:
• Manage IT supplier, contract, and service level agreements and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
• Identify and manage operational risks ensure compliance of department and organizational polices
• Ensure regulatory and compliance controls are embedded in operations and assisting with evidence collection
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education, online/personal training and attendance of educational workshops
• Oversee effective resolution of systemic or significant issues of Adobe Experience Manager
• Be the day-to-day service integrator (end-to-end) to ensure integrated landscapes and bespoke services are stable and remain compliant
• Assist in budgeting and cost management activities
What we need from you
We are keen to hear from professionals with 8-12 years of experience in software development and strong relevant experience in AEM, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
• Must have minimum of 4 years relevant experience with AEM and at least 2 years in ITIL Operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good familiarity with information risk management
• Demonstrated technical expertise with ITIL processes would be a great advantage
• Technical knowledge with Akamai CDN (content delivery network) and Adobe Dispatcher operations would be good to have
