The Software Engineer (ALM) for Radiometer is responsible for design, development, implementation, documentation and administration of Polarion ALM strategy to aid improved product development processes supporting a range of low to high complexity projects
This position is part of the Immunoassay RD located in Bangalore, India and will be working in hybrid model. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
• Develop sustainable ALM system solutions, by configuring the Polarion system and aligning with QMS
• Work with stakeholders to define solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and priorities
• Training teams regarding tool usage, features and functionality including workflow and updates to quality instructions or policies
• Continuous process improvements implementation, testing and validation of tools
• Administrative processes like license management, user creation, access management as well as project settings
• Work with JIRA filters, reporting, dashboards, workflow, fields and JIRA administration
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
• Bachelor s degree in software engineering or equivalent
• A software developer with 1-5 years of overall experience
• Ability to design, build and configure applications to meet business requirements
• Hands-on experience with ALM tools like Polarion, DOORS or similar
• Hands-on experience in task management and reporting tools like PowerBI, JIRA, Confluence, etc
• Experience in Polarion configuration and administration is preferred (SDK, API, workflows, reports, templates, access, permissions, etc.)
• Experience with programming and scripting languages, e.g., C#, Python, Java, Java Script, etc
• Experience with version control system like GIT, SVN, etc
