Sr. Android Developer
Job Responsibilities
Design, build and automate/test Applications for the Android platform
Completely own the feature (Build-Test-Release)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Work with outside data sources and APIs
Act as SME for designated Feature within the mobile application.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
UI test at application level using Espresso Test Automation Frameworks to find functional/UI issues
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance, Improve test automation coverage
Maintain CI pipeline for Continuous Integration and Testing
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize delivery efficiency
What you need:
4-5 years’ mobile development experience with Android Applications
Excellent command on Kotlin
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and work on Development, Bug Fixing, Improvements in application
Have strong knowledge of object-oriented concepts.
Deep understanding of design patterns/architectures
Strong understanding of working with Best Web Services, databases and SQLite, caching strategies & asynchronous calls.
Have shipped multiple Android applications and demonstrate this where possible.
