8+ years industry experience working on reliable large-scale cloud SaaS environments supporting mission critical, highly-concurrent, high-throughput and low-latency systems
Experience leading teams as well as the ability to be an individual contributor and solve deep technical challenges
Self-driven & motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving
Effective communication and collaboration skills
At least 3+ years experience with Kubernetes and deployment automation
Firm grasp of IP networking, load balancing and DNS
Strong coding skills in object oriented languages like Golang, Python or Java

The estimated base salary range for this role is $214,000 - $327,750
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location
