About the Role The core problem of recruiting is matching, how do you take a requirement and find the best candidates for that role. Our engineering team spends most of their time building tools that help our clients and our own account managers to quickly find the right candidates from a pool of literally tens of thousand. The second largest problem in recruiting is that it is a human heavy process and humans can be slow. No, we arent trying to take the human touch out of hiring. But way too much of the low leverage tasks in recruiting are slow. For example, it takes the average recruiter 10 minutes to create and send a calendar invite. Within our platform, its a 30 seconds job. Another example, recruiters spend a massive amount of time in follow-ups checking whether a candidate is interested in an opportunity. We automate those follow-ups through email, whatsapp, and even call reminders. The list can go on and on, but ultimately, our goal is to be able to take any tech job requirement, source relevant candidates immediately, and then help the client fast-track the interview process within days.
