We are looking for another talented Software Engineer to join our product team!

Minna creates the infrastructure connecting Subscription Merchants (e.g Netflix, Spotify and Amazon) to top-tier Financial Institutions (e.g Lloyds Bank, ING Belgium, Swedbank) to enable consumers to easily take an action on their subscriptions, such as canceling, pausing or changing plans.
Minna builds the infrastructure that links Subscription Merchants (such as Netflix, Spotify, Amazon) to leading Financial Institutions (Lloyds Bank, ING Belgium, Swedbank to name a few). This connection enables consumers to effortlessly manage their subscriptions by performing actions like canceling, pausing, or changing their plans.
What you’ll do
Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain software as part of the defined Software Development Lifecycle.
Contribute to defining the team's technical vision and the necessary steps to achieve it.
Provide technical expertise in the discovery phase of Product Development.
Ensure all solutions we create are compliant with any certifications, rules and regulations as well as not negatively impact our target service levels.
Participate actively in the team’s rituals (can vary between teams).
Software Engineers with Ops-access are part of our on-call process to ensure our systems are available around the clock.
What experience we’re looking for
Strong proficiency in Scala, with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience developing backend applications.
Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
Proficient in working with databases, including familiarity with NoSQL databases.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and identify effective solutions.
Quality focused mindset, bringing excellence and continuous improvement to our products.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in Agile development methodologies and practices.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and programming languages as needed.
