Salary: Starting at $118,000 – $138,000 p.a. including superannuation.

What Your First 6 Months Will Look Like:
Gain hands-on experience with our technology stack, development workflows, and coding standards.
Build a deep understanding of our product architecture, client use cases, and end-user needs from a software perspective.
Work closely with senior developers and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance while learning our team dynamics and development processes.
Take ownership of key software features and contribute to system improvements.
Develop a roadmap for stepping into a Lead Software Engineer role within 6-12 months.
Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework Core, and modern web technologies.
Strong experience with API development and Microsoft SQL Server.
A proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous learning.
Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
