Design & develop new features Code review, troubleshoot & help team members on issues Maintain legacy code Help drive decisions around the right platform for new feature. Essential Skills: ? Full stack Developer ? Must be very well versed with Web design, development, deployment/production and post-deployment monitoring processes ? Should be very strong in OOPS concepts, data structures and algorithms ? Language/Framework Skills � o Ruby On Rails (ROR) - Ruby o Understands PHP (or is not averse to pick it up as needed) o Javascript o Nodejs ? Excellent MySQL skills, knows SQL in detail ? Should be inquisitive and take on technical challenges with little inputs ? Should be able to design & develop applications modules/features with some support. ? Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English ? Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework ? Able to work well with business teams and understand business processes Desired Skills: ? Knowledge of React/Angular/Vue will be a plus ? Exposure/knowledge of Java will be a plus.
