Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead our "Arm Account" team. This team covers the authentication/authorisation of all Arm's external websites. You will play a meaningful role in driving high quality change within a plan for the bigger picture, and help enable our business groups to support Arm's growth ambitions.
This role will involve you collaborating with and influencing very junior to very senior colleagues and sometimes our customers and partners, all across the globe. This will test your written and verbal communication skills, and so we want to be sure that you are comfortable representing Arm to the highest level.
Responsibilities:
This role requires you to take ownership of delivery, acting as technical domain expert
This involves the capture, distillation and translation of business requirements and sophisticated designs into clean, usable and understandable solutions. Some of these solutions, you will implement yourself, some will be covered by other teams within Arm... and others will be delivered by third-party teams.
We also want you take ownership for defining and enforcing standards, patterns and practices. This includes mandating a Secure Software Development Lifecycle that is appropriate for the code, infrastructure and tools in your area.
Required Skills and Experience :
• Experience - 4-7 Yrs
• We would love to speak with people with experience with Azure AD B2C (including using custom policies) but we also know that this is a fairly niche technology so equivalent experience in an another B2C identity provider would be considered
• Mulesoft API development and maintenance. We use this as our general-purpose integration layer.
• Proven background with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) systems (such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Team City, Octopus Deploy) and related practices
• Hands on expertise of building engaging and intuitive web-experiences using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, React and Foundation/Bootstrap
• Excellent organisation, motivation and time management
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
• We use Sitecore as our CMS, if you have any experience with this.. that's great
• Our CRM is Salesforce, and we integrate into that to enrich our user data with contact information. Any experience here would be fantastic.
• Proficiency with .Net and sophisticated programming techniques / methodologies
• Experience working in an Agile delivery methodology including the de-facto Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence)
