Skills Required: C# or .Net
This position is for a Senior Software Developer. The ideal candidate will work directly with clients to define application requirements and estimate the required level-of-effort. He/she will also work individually or with a team to develop a software solution that meets the client’s requirements. As part of a services organization, excellent communication and customer service are required.
As a Senior Software Developer, you will create impact by:
• Translating requirements into robust implemented applications
• Leading the design and planning process
• Accurately estimating level-of-effort
• Leading the development effort on projects
• Producing required technical documentation
• Contributing software, processes or practices to the client's intellectual property
• MUST be well versed with Microsoft technologies- C#, ASP .Net Core 3.0 / 3.1, .NET Framework 4.5 +
• Must have experience in Web services, Web API, REST services, HTML, CSS3, Ajax, Java Script, JQuery, LINQ
• Good to have experience with any frontend framework like JQuery, Java Script, AngularJS, React JS etc.
• Hands on with DB concepts of both relational DBs / NoSQL DBs
• Good to have prior experience working on Microsoft Azure and its services.
• Experience developing use cases, process flows, requirement specifications, and design documents & Write unit tests
• Strong in OOPs & design concepts
• Should be able to understand requirements and have ability to work with the architects in designing and Integration of Modules.
• Track record of delivering in Scrum, Agile and other methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and cognitive ability, that enables them to understand, document and describe complex technical subjects
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new development methodologies
• Good team player
Roles & Responsibilities
• Write module specific technical specifications and documents
• Brainstorm and solve problems reported by client as per SLAs defined
• Perform frequent peer reviews
• Participate actively in client demos / S & T
• Share knowledge through collaboration, training, peer review, presentations, and articles
• Track record of delivering in Scrum, Agile and other methodologies
• Proficiency in establishing processes and tools to enable team productivity when developing websites (version control, automatic build, code review)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and cognitive ability, that enables them to understand, document and describe complex technical subjects
