Job Description
We are looking for engineers with a minimum of 3 years of experience with the knowledge of
• Backend: Node.js and willing to work on new stacks
• Database: MySQL
• Concepts: System Design Skills, Functional or OO Programming skills, Clean Coding (min. good understanding of basic SOLID principles), Working knowledge of common design patterns
• Experience: At least 3 years working on high traffic, cloud based, customer facing applications
• Soft Skills: Ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing. Quick learner. Able to lead and inspire a team
• Good to have: Experience in DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
Bonus points for experience working with GCP.

• Alignment with a close-knit team. The team culture is one of being self-driven, solution-oriented, growth mindset, team work.
• Basics of software development should be very clear, and should be sharp about problem solving. There should be a passion to keep yourself up to date, and to bring better solutions to the product continuously by looking around in the industry
• Flexibility on what you work on. You will be dealing with websites, frontend, backend and software engineering problems in general. You would need to adapt and learn quickly, aligned to delivering value to customers.
• Leading and mentoring a team of skilled junior software engineers.
• Working on building/integrating in-house and 3rd Party API's
• Ensuring high quality of unit test cases and dev integration test cases
• Closely coordinating between product and tech to align product goals with tech implementation and manage tech deliverables
• Pro-actively instrumenting code to identify potential issues and troubleshooting and to derive analytics as well (by pro-active coordination with respective teams)
• Maintaining software documentation
• Be on ground with the tech support team as needed to understand and ideate solutions for proactive tech support and minimizing support incidents
