Job Description
.Net developer will translate functional requirements into system requirements and develop enterprise applications by adhering to coding standards and guidelines, following a continuous Build-Integrate-Test (Agile) approach. Software developer will design and develop .Net applications, will create database objects and UI development. He will work with Configuration Management tools to enforce CM practices and processes. He/she is required to adhere to the QA standards defined by the organization and with a deep understanding of performance bottlenecks, production infrastructure, interfaces and dependencies.

· Understands stated needs & requirements of the stakeholders and produce high quality deliverables
· Monitors own work to ensure delivery within the desired performance standards. Understands the importance of delivery within expected time, budget and quality standards and displays concern in case of deviation.
· Adapts to unfamiliar situations, thinks on the feet & displays sense of urgency for completion of deliverables.
· Breaks down the problem into smaller parts to analyze and chooses the best course of action with available information.
· Good communication skills and a team player
Technical Skills:
· Should have experience in design and development of .Net based web applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
· Should have past experience working in Agile Methodology
· Should have experience of Object-Oriented programming and agile methodology.
Experience in developing web applications with below Mandatory skills
· C#, .Net
· SQL Server 2018 – Optimized stored procedures, Indexes, stored procedures De-bugging
· Multi-Threading Concepts
· ASP.NET Web API
· Experience in ORM frameworks like Entity
· Hands on experience in writing high performance SQL queries in SQL Server 2014/ 2016/2018
· Should be proficient at T-SQL programming and development
· Identify application issues and assist team with optimal solution.
· Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize .Net applications including periodic code review (should have strong code-factoring skills and should be able to write optimized code, follow code re-usability
