We are looking for React Developers for our India Technology Center
ESSENTIAL DUTITES AND TASKS:
• This position will be responsible for programming, fixing, executing and versioning existing code for multiple applications.
• Provide support of existing in-house and 3rd party applications and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform break-fix analysis on existing code and trouble shoot issues reported via end-users both internal and external. Participate in the development agile process.
• Create documentation for all code fixes, root cause analysis and support-based knowledge.
• This role will perform full project and software development lifecycles, assist with complex operational/support concerns, and lead/mentor junior team members.
• Should be versed in business process management, product delivery concepts, development best practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong need to be hands on solving critical issues of our systems helping the team increase their understanding of process and problems with the software systems.
• Additionally, will set and / or adjust team norms and SLAs.
SKILLSET & QUALIFICATION
• Proven experience as a Developer with 5+ years’ experience.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem, including advanced concepts like Redux for state management, React Router for routing, and React hooks.
• Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) features and syntax, including arrow functions, spread operators, modules, and restructuring.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to implement designs using CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Material-UI.
• Experience with integrating ReactJS applications with backend APIs, fetching data using REST or GraphQL, and handling asynchronous operations.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests for React components using testing libraries such as Jest or React Testing Library.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, code splitting, and minimizing re-renders.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, bundlers like Rollup, and code quality tools like ESLint.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and ability to create mobile-friendly interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field required
