Team: Communication Engine
Position Summary
The individual will work on Software design and development work using Linux/Android for next generation infusion devices, with application in hospitals across the globe.
The role involves having a good understanding of Linux/Android Operating Systems/BSP/System Programming. This is a full-stack position that needs strong programming experience, including some Java/OOPS programming experience as well.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Debug/diagnose Linux/Android system/BSP level implementations in C/C++
• Develop/debug business logic using Java/OOPS
• Help with Cybersecurity design and analysis
• Debug Networking and Wireless connectivity issues
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
• Experience on Operating System and system level programming (Linux/Android/JNI/board-bring-up/BSP/kernel etc.)
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills
• OOPS/Java programing experience preferred
• Exposure or experience with Cybersecurity is a plus
• Exposure or experience with TCP/IP networking is a plus
• Knowledge of Wifi is a plus
Education and Experience
• High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in the fields of computer science engineering, computer applications, information technology and/or related fields
• 5+ years of work experience
