The role of Senior Software Engineer will be to understand & implement software features for the product as an individual contributor. As a scum team member help team in delivering product features by following standards & practices of R&D group. Contribute towards fixing product issues & customer escalations to build a robust product.
How will you make an impact?
• Participate in design & discovery of product features.
• Delivering E2E feature by incorporating development practices & adhering to design.
• Work & collaborate with scrum team to develop product features & contribute towards product release.
• Propose solutions for improving product quality & operational excellence.
• Creating & documenting knowledge base within team to improve efficiency.
• Learning & upskilling technologies to build cloud native product.
• Understand the product domain & understand business needs.
• Work with other groups to investigate & resolve customer issues.
Have you got what it takes?
• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience working in the software industry as a software engineer (developer)
• Software development experience in C#, .NET (.NET Core & .NET Framework), Azure, MS-SQL
• Azure ServiceBus, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
• Database skills: MS-SQL
• Following coding standards, practices such as writing Unit test cases, attending code reviews.
• Knowledge and experience with software design patterns and how they can be incorporated into software design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated the ability to influence others, especially in sensitive or complex situations.
• Experience working with Agile/SCRUM/Agile SAFe software development methodology.
• Proven ability to tackle complex N-tier architecture projects with a can-do attitude
• Proven experience in operating within a global environment.
• Tools: Visual Studio, Git, Resharper, Jira, Confluence
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Kubernetes, containers, docker preferred.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and code performance.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of distributed systems, networking & connectivity.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in high performance, highly available, and scalable systems
• Nice-to-have: Azure Development AZ-204 certification preferred (not mandatory)
• Nice-to-have: Experience in and knowledge of Enterprise Unified Communications Infrastructures (such as Teams, Zoom, etc.) is a plus.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in working with Telecommunication and Unified Communication systems.
