• Education / Training Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• Experience range – 6-+ years Technical experience on Microsoft technology stack. Expertise on web development using web forms, web API, .net MVC, HTML, CSS, Angular, , jQuery, C#, JavaScript, Entity Framework. Strong database programming skills with PL SQL stored procedures, functions Application support including L1, L2 support. Object oriented programming. Familiarity with design principles and patterns Console applications and Windows services Good understanding of support process and familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is an advantage). Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify root cause of an error and apply permanent fix.
