The position
You'll be joining an engineering team of 40+ engineers across Frontend, Backend and QA. We're organised into cross-functional development teams responsible for various product areas.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be working on the core of Everstage’s product. You will build APIs, integrations and other tools that make Everstage the top notch no-code platform for SPM (sales performance management).

Pre-Requisites
• Solid experience (4-6 years) as a Senior Backend Engineer, which includes building, shipping and maintaining a complicated software project (>10 developers / 10K lines of code).
• Solid knowledge and experience in Python (Django or similar), Postgres (or similar database), Redis (or similar).
• Experience in dealing with ambiguity, taking abstract concepts and turning them into working software.
• Strong ability to work independently, be self-guided and motivated.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop.
• Inspire the team around you to push the boundaries and constantly improve.
• A desire or a proven ability to lead small software development teams.
• Experience with frontend development (React) is a plus.
• Experience working in the Sales domain is a plus.
