What this role is about : We are looking for Software Engineers to be part of the Infrastructure team, who are passionate about technology to the limits to join our team of talented technologists to build a reliable, scalable and secure platform.
You Should Apply If
• You possess multidimensional skills that make you a valuable co-worker in a fast, changing and ambiguous environment
• You have at least 5+ years of experience working in Development/Infra/DevOps/SRE teams with exposure to application development and infrastructure operations
• You are proficient in scripting & automation using Python, Shell-scripting, etc. Familiarity with Golang is a plus!
• You have experience in setting up & managing infrastructure using cloud providers (GCP, AWS)
• You have hands-on experience with and in-depth knowledge of cloud-native tech such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, etc.
• You have experience setting up and operating monitoring and logging infrastructure using technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
• You have a working knowledge of microservices-based architecture and have a fair understanding of Security best-practices (Application and Infrastructure)
• You have facilitated the setup of CI/CD pipelines for both on-prem and cloud environments using tools such as Jenkins, Gocd, Gitlab, etc.
• You have exposure to Configuration management and Infra management using tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet
• You have exposure to database systems/techniques - tuning, monitoring, scaling, backups and archival
We’d Also Love To See
• Interesting hobby projects, open-source contributions, etc
• Sharing of knowledge - either formal mentoring, reviewing code, reviewing design documents, technical talks, teaching classes, or as a consultant on projects
Selection Process : Once you apply via the career page, we will reach out to set up a first round of technical interview, followed by 3-4 rounds of video interviews with leadership & key stakeholders. You might be required to attempt a take home technical assignment/excercise which typically takes 3-4 days.
In addition to assessing your technical/coding experience, expect at least 3 rounds to assess your communication & articulation ability, general aptitude, attitude and cultural fitment.
