Job description
At Dynamo AI, a Senior Software Engineer in Front End will lead the design and architecture of user-centric interfaces that enhance the user experience across our platform. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality, responsive user interfaces using TypeScript and the React ecosystem, working closely with product teams to drive the implementation of complex feature requirements efficiently. Additionally, you may play a key role in mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the overall front-end strategy. Responsibilities
• Architect, design, and develop front-end systems using TypeScript, React, and related tools, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
• Rapidly translate Figma mockups into fully functional, high-quality user interfaces with a strong emphasis on design fidelity
• Lead the design reviews and ensure the implementation aligns with overall architectural guidelines and best practices
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility, ensuring consistent performance across devices
• Implement and manage state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand) to ensure efficient data flow within applications
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to influence design decisions and provide feedback on feasibility and implementation strategies
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate front-end components with APIs and services, ensuring smooth end-to-end functionality
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience developing user interfaces with TypeScript, React, and associated ecosystem tools
• Demonstrated experience in front-end architecture and design patterns, with the ability to drive complex projects from conception to completion
• Strong proficiency in translating design mockups into responsive, high-performance user interfaces
• Experience with state management solutions and modern build tools like Webpack or Vite
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive user experiences
• Proficient in front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) for ensuring code quality and reliability
• Experience in leading design and code reviews, providing actionable feedback to peers
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including product management, backend development, and UX/UI design
