Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

At Intervue.io we are seeking a strong Senior Software Engineer - Full stack to join our growing teams and projects. This person will be involved in the hands-on development and maintenance of our family of websites, mobile sites, and internal web applications. This role requires someone with at least several years of professional experience. Experience with Nodejs, Express js, Postgres, Redis, AWS, release Engineering is absolutely required.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or

relevant field of study.

Work Experiences:

5+ years of experience developing and deploying large-scale websites and website content

or demonstrated skill level in previous positions.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing and maintaining custom software using intervue.io standards coding practices and techniques.
• Responsible for architecting and developing functioning solutions based on technical requirements.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring effective collaboration, task delegation, and timely completion of project milestones while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding the team through complex technical challenges, making critical decisions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve project objectives and organisational goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information.
• Interface with others in a professional manner and be a trusted go to person.
• Fosters an environment of communication and problem solving, leveraging the intervue.io Code of Values.
• Responsible for ensuring tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.
• Responsible for documenting and communicating application design and architecture in an understandable way to peers.
• Responsible for assisting and performing code review of other developers.
• Works with enterprise technical leads, and other developers to ensure scalable and quality solutions.
• Design and implement scalable Gen AI architectures capable of handling large datasets, leveraging distributed computing frameworks.
• Develop and deploy cutting-edge generative AI solutions using advanced tools and frameworks such as OpenAI GPT, Google BERT, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Transformers (Hugging Face), and DeepMind to enhance product offerings and user experience.

Key Tech Requirements:
• Frontend : React(SSR), Redux, Typescript
• Backend : Node, Express, Redis, Postgres
• Aws services like s3, lambda, cloud front, ec2, Eks
• knowledge in Infra(AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), Release Engineering, CI/CD, other tools and frameworks
• Exposure in Generative AI technologies such as GPT, BERT, GANs, VAE, Diffusion Models, and Neural Architecture Search (NAS).

Qualifications:
• 5-8 years of experience in a Product based organisation
• Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Testing and deployments understanding
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
