Your mission
You are enthusiastic about cloud architectures in the field of AI and computer vision? You are eager to build and enhance state-of-the-art cloud products on a global scale? With your passion, your skills and your strong sense of ownership you will play a vital role in one of our Engineering teams to shape and deliver value to our customers.
• Lead the architectural and design decisions for product components in alignment with our strategic vision and technological standards.
• Take ownership of product component and drive the development of new features.
• Develop a robust cloud architecture using state-of-the-art technologies such as TypeScript, NestJS, GitLab CI/CD and Terraform.
• Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, tools, trends and methodologies to enhance products and practices.
• Define and advocate for cloud technologies and technical cloud architectures to address quality standards, monitoring, security and maintainability.
• Ensure seamless software release and delivery on our cloud-based platform through implementing GitOps principles.
• Continuously shape customer-facing APIs.
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Capable to structure complex problems and the ability to identify and counteract potential obstacles.
• Skilled in full-stack JavaScript development, particularly with TypeScript; familiarity with React and NestJS is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, including:
• Hands-on knowledge in a major hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP), with a preference for GCP.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with Terraform experience being a plus.
• Understanding of essential cloud infrastructure aspects like VPC, IAM, API Design, and Database management.
• Affinity towards well-crafted software through professional software engineering practices.
• Proactive attitude and a growth mindset, keen to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Proven ability to lead and make informed decisions in technology architecture and design.
• Strong communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English.
