Responsibilities
Collaborate with design to provide feedback and then creates clear and estimable technical designs.Develop new and enhance existing graphics technologies (rendering, lighting, shadows, shaders, culling, scene management and others) to help achieve state-of-the-art visuals.Work closely with art departments and art directors to provide effective solutions.Awareness of how implementation impacts performance and memory budgets.Profile and optimize sections of the code that may be under-performing to meet desired performance goals.Contribute to core company technologies in an architecturally sound way to enable collaborative development efforts.Learn new technologies as needed to deliver better solutions.Mentor other programmers.
Requirements
You must have:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, Math, Physics, or related field.Experience with C/C++ programming.Experience with HLSL, Cg or other vendor specific shader programming language.Experience with 3D graphics APIs (Direct3D 11+, OpenGL, Vulkan and/or vendor specific).Experience optimizing both performance factors and memory footprints using hardware and software profilers (PIX, GCM Replay, Tuner, Vtune, etc.).Experience debugging graphics pipelines using relevant platform tooling (Renderdoc, Pix, Razer, etc.).Experience with multithreaded programming.Experience working with large code bases.Ability to work with artists, designers, and other content creators to make sure they can get the most out of the technology

At least one shipped console game as a graphics programmer.
