About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer...
In this role, you will:
• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications, US:
• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent with overall 8+ years of experience.
• Expertise on Angular, Java8 and 11 /JEE, Spring boot, Microservices, Caching, Messaging
• Hands-on Cloud experience in one or more providers - PCF, Azure, GCP.
• Hands-on security processes and tools.
• Experience in CICD, release process and tools, development process scrum/Kanban.
• Hands on experience on application development and deployment
• Exposure to Mongo-DB/ SQL Server
• Hands on knowledge on service now is required
Job Expectations:
• Design develop enhance and maintain the cloud applications
Ability to identify the antipatterns in existing code. Performance tuning.
Experience in monitoring logs using tools like ELK, Splunk.
Ability to troubleshoot the issues in different environments and identify the root cause and provide short term and long term solutions.
Good listening and Analytical thinking.
