Job Description
The Senior Software Developer – Python will collaborate with a larger team of engineers and product managers to develop and automate Business process and Test Automation test plans, collect data to make well informed decisions. In this role, the candidate is expected to work independently with little supervision, to have excellent organization and problem-solving skills, and to have hands-on experience in quality assurance and agile methodologies. Perform other duties as assigned. This is a client facing project and will require working on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
• Build and implement Python based framework for the Robotic Process Automation Center of Excellence
• Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirement process in developing RPA Center of Excellence, to provide process assessment, solution designs, automation development and deployment of automated business processes. You will be the main point of contact for the client.
• Be the hands on technical lead for implementing new framework components in Python. This is a 100% coding / hands on role in python
• Be the Python Subject Matter Expert and guide internal teams on the decisions
• Working with stakeholders to define the manual rules used today to govern the process and then translating those rules into automated commands
• Showcase capabilities, cultivate use-cases and drive adoption of RPA
• Assisting in review of current business processes with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the Business Analyst (BA) to ensure understanding of current processes, future requirements and how those processes will fit within the new architecture
• Automating Business Process by using RPA like UiPath. Optimizing business process using Six Sigma Techniques and providing best possible solution to automate.
• Implement new builds and framework components in Python
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• 5+ years or Software Engineering Experience
• 3+ years of working on large Python code base. Experience working with Python frameworks such as Django and Flask
• 3+ years of working directly with the clients in US or UK.
• Experience with robotframework or UiPath a big bonus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
• Experience with Object-Oriented design and enterprise design patterns
• Results oriented, willing to take responsibility and accept accountability for action.
• Good analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in an Agile, globally distributed environment
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams a plus
