Intelligent Conversation and Communication Cloud (IC3) at Microsoft is developing the next generation of collaboration and communication products that will revolutionize both consumer but also enterprise communication for everyone. Our recent release of Teams and Azure Communication Services seamlessly integrates instant-messaging, voice, video, IP telephony, conferencing, and application-sharing on a variety of devices/platforms. The power of this emerging communication and collaboration software suite will bring together a far more effective distributed and mobile communication style in the coming years.
Responsibilities
As we are beginning to enable voice administration experiences to be simple and easily manageable by IT Professionals (“IT Pros”) in organizations subscribing to Microsoft 365 for performing operational, administrative and maintenance tasks for the future Teams release, we are looking for seasoned developers to help us create the next wave of products and services that will provide premium as well as voice administration experiences for our customers. As a part of the Teams Admin Center team, you will be architecting, designing and implementing and extending the capabilities of Teams admin center to support new features in the Teams client & service along with redesigning existing capabilities to make them more efficient and user friendly. With the growth in meetings & voice capabilities in Microsoft Teams, there's a ton of great work to do in order to help customers of all sizes & types to get the most out of their subscription!
Qualifications
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Software Development or Software Design.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of the entire software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of full stack or frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, web performance will be a big plus.
Experience working on large-scale projects across divisions and landing complex but scalable architecture to meet agile business needs.
A passion for improving and designing engineering practices and for Engineering Excellence which delight customers.
Excellent communication skills and cross group collaboration
