The Senior Software Engineer I for Radiometer is responsible for designing and implementing state of the art software solutions with ability to own and drive a task, desire to drive/lead on a task force covering the complete SDLC.
This position is part of the Radiometer located in IDC-Bengaluru and will hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the AQURE and report to the Engineering Manager responsible for Defines Product, System, Components objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Responsible for designing and implementing state of the art software solutions with ability to own and drive a task, desire to drive/lead on a task force covering the complete SDLC.
Defines Product, System, Components objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
Implement and develop automated test practices
Collect and build test data for functional and non-functional testing.
Develop and maintain smoke, performance, functional, and regression tests to ensure the product is functioning as designed.
Write requirements and build scenarios for performance testing
Participates in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality, and quality risk analysis is desired.
Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; solving development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Familiarity with regulations for development of medical device
Ensuring full compliance with Radiometers quality system.
Demonstrate Danaher values and adopt DBS tools across team
The essential requirements of the job include:
4-6 years of software development experience.
Must have hands-on experience with SW development using ASP.Net MVC web & C#.NET
Having a solid understanding of database concepts and query languages like SQL.
PS Scripting skills.
Experience with TFS, Azure DevOps.
Working experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium using C#.
An working knowledge of one of the HL7, ASTM, or POCT1A protocols, as well as an understanding of all three.
Comfortable using Agile/Scaled-Agile methodologies
Possess strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities
Software Engineering development work experience in regulated product development companies
Understanding of Client-Server, Service-Oriented and Cloud Architectures.
Experience on the following will be added advantage :
Memory tracer tools, multiprocessing, Static analysis, Integration into HIS/LIS – HL7 Protocol, communication, interconnection.
Microsoft Certified Professional will be highly desirable.
Multithreaded programming.
Experience and domain knowledge within the medical devices development industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
