The Senior Software Engineer I for Leica Biosystems is responsible for,
Design & Develop automation test cases for IOT based Web application
Practice agile methodologies and work along with scrum team to meet team goals
Participate in the automation strategy for the automation testing
This position is part of the LBS Core Histology business unit located in Bangalore and will be hybrid. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the RemoteService and report to the Engineering Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of RemoteService solution across PAN LBS. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work in IOT solution that works on cutting edge technology
End-to-end exposure to product development
Opportunity to work in CI/CD environment
Design and develop automated test framework for functional and regression testing.
Responsible for developing the automated test suite for the application.
Provide software verification documentation including, but not limited to, Test Plans, and Verification Reports
Work closely with software development to understand product requirements and to build corresponding test plan, test designs\test protocols, and build test strategies for the project.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BE or B-Tech with 5 to 8 years relevant experience in Test automation
Web application automation experience
Selenium automation framework using C#
API automation testing
BDD Framework
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Azure IOT Cloud
Knowledge on regulatory requirements for the development of medical devices software
