Position Summary
The Senior Software Engineer acts as the technical lead, with responsibilities for code and technical solution quality, or raising project's all key quality concerns and removing barriers.
Deliverables and Performance Measures:
• Designs, codes, and/or configures solutions for high complexity Agile stories across multiple domain or platform areas using coding and design standards and keeps the standards up to date.
• Creates a conceptual design/architecture for large scale software solutions in collaboration with an architect.
• Provides guidance and mentors junior engineers.
• Reviews estimate, sprint progress and helps remove any barriers, code conflicts, partnering with the Product Owner and DevOps teams.
• Sign off on code changes and design updates.
• Achieves OKRs related to velocity, burndown, defect management and achieving quality metrics as established by the team leader of the pod.
What will make you successful:
• 8-12 years' experience in software development of testable code and operationalization as needed.
• Expert with testable code delivery, code reviews, configurability as needed, managing source code and releases.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development, C#, ASP.NET MVC is required.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and technologies.
• Professional experience with REACT is preferred.
• Expert with ASP.MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiar with common design patterns and familiar with a Microservice architecture
• Experience working in an Agile scrum team environment, experience as a scrum master is preferred.

Expected hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with regular office hours from Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support deployments and other work demands.
