Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer II (Backend) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in backend development, with a deep understanding of software development lifecycles, system design, and scalable architecture.
You will be responsible for developing and optimizing backend systems that support our platform's operations and ensuring seamless integration with various third-party services.
Key Responsibilities :
• Backend Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend systems using Python, Flask, Django, and other relevant technologies.
• System Integration : Lead the integration of third-party solutions (e.g., ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Books, Tally, Razorpay) into the internal systems to enhance functionality and streamline processes.
• Deployment & Maintenance : Manage deployments, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot issues in both testing and production environments.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and incomplete flows, enhancing the system's overall performance and reliability.

• Programming Languages : Python, Django, Flask
• Database Technologies : MongoDB, MySQL
• Good to Have Experience : Familiarity with tools and technologies like Kafka, Redis, RESTful APIs, Git, ELK Stack, and Deluge (ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Books) is highly beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Proficiency in Python, with significant experience in frameworks like Flask and Django.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ZOHO tools (ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Books) is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable solutions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., ReactJS, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
