• Design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.
• Drive best practices and engineering excellence.
• Work with other team members to develop the architecture and design of new and current systems.

• Actively seek out the toughest technology and engineering problems and solve them with little to no mentorship.
• Own large opportunities and initiatives and drive transparency, convergence, and closure across teams.
• Raise the bar on sustainable engineering by improving standard methodologies, producing the best class of code, documentation, testing, and monitoring.
• Be a humble mentor and trusted advisor for both our hardworking team members and passionate leaders alike.
• Own continuous improvement and fine-tuning of API performance, scalability, and security.
Requirements:
• Top notch-programming skills in Core Java.
• Good understanding of OOPS concepts.
• Good knowledge of MySQL/MongoDB, and SQL queries.
• Good knowledge of REST/SOAP API, web services development, and integration that includes long-running orchestration services, and API gateways.
• Experience implementing services with modern authentication using OAuth 2.0 SAML, JWT
• Experience or Knowledge of distributed Caching solutions such as Redis/Memcache
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Basic knowledge of agile ways of working.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write detailed technical documents and articulate technical challenges and solutions.
• Passionate about helping teams grow by inspiring and mentoring engineers.
• Candidate must have good written and oral communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment.
• Strong desire to build, sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
• Springboot, spring, and hibernate knowledge are preferable.
• NodeJS knowledge is preferable.
• Integration with the UI layer (HTML, Angular/React).
• Experience in the cloud (AWS).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
• 3-5 years experience in Java, Spring.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
