Responsibilities
Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle
Write well designed, testable, efficient code
Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
Prepare and produce releases of software components
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
Able to plan, distribute and track the tasks till closure.
Should be able to lead the team towards the goals and objectives.
Experience And Skills
3+ years of experience in the field.
Leadership skills to lead the team members.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Strong technical background in Java, spring (MVC, IOC, and AOP), RESTFUL Web services.
Proven hands-on Software Development experience
Excellent knowledge of Core Java and Spring.
Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Strong RESTFUL web service experience.
Strong SQL, Oracle Restful.
Experience in end to end Development in at least 1 project.
Should have working knowledge of common software engineering tools.
Experience in messaging queue like Kafka would be added advantage
