• Hands-on in coding is a must
• Must have experience in development projects
• Ability to perform Impact analysis in detail
• Should be able to provide estimates
• Capable to perform code to optimize performance of the application
• Ability to perform estimation
• Worked on Agile based projects
• Planning
• Ensure quality of deliverables.
Back End Skills
• Java
• Spring boot
• REST API
• Database (Postgres/Oracle)
• OAuth knowledge
Qualifications
• Education: BE, BCA/MCA, B.Tech
Essential Personal Skills
• Ability to work on a User Story independently
• Good analysis skills
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with other team members
• Responsible for his/her own deliverables.
• Maintains agreed standards and processes applicable to the work undertaken
• He/she is a good team player.
• Ability to remain calm in adverse situations and act wisely
