• Need to develop and execute automation scripts.
• Analyze the results.
• Mentor juniors in automation testing.
• To work on other tasks as assigned as per organization needs.
• Provide technical training and mentoring to other teams and team members.
Technical Skills
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Core Java with Selenium
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Automation Testing
• Team handling experience is added advantage
• Expertise in writing SQL queries
Non-Technical Skills
• Excellent Written/Oral communication skills in English
• Quick learner
• Passionate for technical excellence
• Self-motivated worker, that can complete tasks under minimal supervision
• Team Player
• Good ability to present solutions and recommendations
• Expertise in client interactions
• Comfortable in delivering presentation to key business stakeholders, PMs, and clients
