Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools
Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other .NET technologies
Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and experience in API development
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with development best practices, including agile methodologies and DevOps principles
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Consulting experience is beneficial but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration
Work independently on certain projects, driving the development process from concept to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure project success
Build integrations between Salesforce and other systems using .NET and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange between platforms
Maintain and improve existing integration solutions to optimize business processes and system performance
Plan and organize user acceptance testing (UAT) and product demos to ensure solutions meet business needs
Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
Provide support during system implementation and post-implementation phases, addressing any issues that arise

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement custom applications, features, and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and other Salesforce tools.

Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, MVC) and Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce).
• Demonstrated ability to work across both Salesforce and .NET platforms in various stages of the development lifecycle.
• Experience designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining .NET-based web applications and services.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other .NET technologies.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and experience in API development.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with development best practices, including agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Local candidates preferred for hybrid work (onsite once per week), but remote candidates will be considered.
