Serve as the IT Owner for RiverLogic application and Support Platform Upgrades, patches, and Maintenance.

- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to review business requirements for new capabilities, enhancements, system upgrades, or deployments.

- Deliver IT solutions following best practices, aligning People, Process, Technology & Data.

- Engage with IT and Supply Chain Planning team to explore cost-effective and sustainable solutions.

- Participate actively in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to drive timely closure of support activities.

- Ensure timely resolution of outstanding tickets (bug-fixes, enhancements) as per SLA guidelines.

- Monitor and provide system support to ensure system operates within the service level agreement regarding availability, performance, accuracy & reliability.

- Conduct unit and integration tests and support user acceptance testing.

- Provide system training on new capabilities to business stakeholders.
