We are looking for a talented Senior / Software Engineer to join our Tricor Global IT team:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain key modules of a global payroll platform
• Work as one software development team across border
• Comply with Tricor Software Engineering and Architecture standards
• Ensure high standards and software quality within the team
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based applications
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software & applications
• Integrate software components and third-party programs
Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development with HTML 5, CSS3, React, JavaScript, React Native
• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development with .NET stack technology
• Experience in modern application architecture including microservices, Single Page Architecture (SPA), etc.
• Experience in Container orchestration tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience in Azure cloud platform will be added advantage
• Experience in DevOps and application containerization will be added advantage
• Experience in rule engine will be added advantage
• Strong knowledge and experience in object-oriented programming, design and software development life cycle
• Ability to solve complex enterprise solution problems and requirements
• Good experience in working with offshore users & development teams
• Experience in Payroll system will be added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and independent
• The desire to work in fast-paced environment
• Certification in Agile will be an advantage
• Experience in Digital products will be added advantage
