Hands on experience in Power BI
Experience of working with HR/Payroll systems and reporting tools or ERP system knowledge
A sound understanding of HR processes i.e. Attrition, Headcount, Resignations, International Assignments etc.
Drive and self-motivation.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels across the organization providing solutions.
Strong team working skills focusing on sharing best practice and supporting colleagues.
Knowledge of data privacy laws, information security and quality principles.
