The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong experience to join our growing team and contribute to the development that empowers our organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Essential skills & Experience:
Experience & Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in delivering IT services, including development, solutioning, project management, and managing mid to large-sized teams in the telecom domain.
Telecom Knowledge: Solid understanding of the telecom BSS (Business Support Systems) and OSS (Operational Support Systems) domains, including integration of BSS applications with supporting and network systems to enable end-to-end functionality.
Technical Acumen: Proficient in CRM, middleware, and billing system integrations to address various functional requirements.
Client Engagement: Skilled in communicating with clients to understand their needs, provide technical details, and recommend suitable solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborates with account management teams to engage small to medium businesses and enterprise clients, designing and recommending solutions tailored to their requirements.
Risk Mitigation & Best Practices: Capable of identifying potential risks, designing solutions aligned with AWS best practices and industry standards, and defining clear scopes, roles, and success criteria for proposed solutions.
Innovative Problem-Solving: Conducts proof-of-concept (POC) projects, explores emerging AWS services and technologies, and identifies new opportunities.
Knowledge Sharing: Enables internal and external teams to adopt AWS best practices during project implementation and public seminars.
Technical Passion: Strong enthusiasm for AWS Cloud technologies and continuous learning.
Educational Background: Holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is an added advantage.
Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and ability to articulate ideas clearly to audiences of all sizes.
Technical Experience: Extensive experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on distributed applications, or managing infrastructure services such as servers, storage, networks, and databases.
AWS Expertise: Professional experience in architecting and operating AWS-based solutions.
