Job Profile: Senior Software Engineer (PowerShell)
Loaction: Pune/ Mumbai / Remote work also available.
Experience: 3 - 5 Years.
External Description
• Developing PowerShell scripts to automate various tasks of OS and applications running on the Windows platform.
• Research and find solutions to automate complex tasks.
• Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of the subject matter in script Development.
• Consulting and regular follow-ups with the team: Attend weekly calls/meetings to resolve issues, concerns on a day-to-day basis.
External Skills And Expertise
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell with a minimum 3yrs of experience in developing automation scripts.
• Testing and validation of script/applications.
• Should have the ability to Research & create Logic Documentation with flow chart for script development.
• Should have troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of using REST API and JSON.
• Good technical knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating systems.
• Scripting in Python and Bash shell will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills
• Candidate should possess strong programming skills/experience using the development background/ tools/ technologies.
• Experience with system monitoring and application performance tools
• Understanding working with a variety of relevant open source technologies and tools
• Should have experience in Software functional testing and experience in test methodology
